WILD MEDICINE
MUGWORT, MULLEIN, and MALLOW

Eco Mural Project 15: Wild Medicine: Mugwort, Mullein, and Mallow at 5050 Baltimore, Philadelphia, PA. 19143

I collaborated on the "Wild Medicine: Mugwort, Mullein, and Mallow" within the Hagopian Arts Studio. This mural was a vital part of the Eco Mural Project 15, serving as a vibrant tribute to the healing qualities of various plant species. The mural's creation was led by the talented artist Kala Hagopian, who ingeniously wove elements of her Armenian heritage, particularly the Armenian knot pattern, into the artwork, seamlessly integrating local medicinal plants and sacred geometric designs.

The mural's completion was marked by a grand unveiling event, which received television coverage courtesy of Mural Arts. This special occasion brought the community together educating the public on the mural's message of the ecological importance of these featured plants.
